Black logo
Full black on transparent — use on white or light backgrounds.
LiberArte / Logo usage guidelines
For grantees, partners, sponsors, press, and anyone who wants to use our logo. Please follow the rules below and download the official logo files at the bottom of this page.
01 / Which logo to use
External organizations and grantees should use the full logomark — the brand name and the hummingbird together. Only two versions may be used: the full black logo or the full white logo.

Full black on transparent — use on white or light backgrounds.

Full white on transparent — use on navy, black, or photo backgrounds.
Looking for the full brand identity — colors, typography, and the rest of the marks? See the brand kit.
02 / Clearspace
Each version of the logo needs space around it so it stays balanced and legible. Nothing else may sit in that space — no text, no graphics, no other logos — even if it doesn't overlap the logo.
The space above and below the hummingbird equals half the hummingbird's height. The space to each side equals half its length.
The space around the lettering is defined by the height and length of the letter A in the wordmark.
Same spacing as the lettering, plus the hummingbird sits to the right of the wordmark.
03 / Legibility
The logo must always be easy to see and read. Keep it whole, upright, and evenly scaled.
04 / Credit line
When acknowledging LiberArte's support, pair your own acknowledgment text with the logo. Keep the text outside the logo's clearspace — the logo itself is never changed to include other words or graphics.
Example

This program is supported in part by LiberArte.
On a dark or colored background, use the white logo instead. Questions about a specific use? Contact us and we'll help you get it right.
