7-Day Creativity Challenge

LiberArte and the Mind Honey Collective launched a 7-day transformative challenge designed to help artists cultivate confidence, focus, and emotional resilience through simple yet powerful mindfulness practices.

By integrating mindful techniques into daily artistic practice, creators can unlock new levels of clarity, self-expression, and purpose. This shared philosophy gave rise to Mini-Tations — bite-sized mindfulness exercises crafted specifically for artists to reconnect with themselves, their breath, and the present moment.

Participants received mini-tations every day for seven days, accompanied by a workbook for reflections.

This unique online experience is designed to help participants melt away inner blocks and reignite their creative fire through powerful daily “mini-tations”—short yet impactful guided meditations crafted to unlock your potential and reconnect you to your essence.

Over the course of 7 days, participants moved through each of the seven chakras, clearing stuck energy and realigning with their innate creative power. Each day brought:
