Facilitated by Yura Sapi, creator and host of the Building Our Own Tables podcast produced for HowlRound Theatre Commons, this session equipped attendees with practical skills for crafting compelling podcast narratives: identifying impactful themes, finding your authentic voice, storytelling techniques, integrating AI tools in podcast production, and leveraging podcast platforms for community engagement.
About the Conference
Curriculum for Change Conference: Innovating Access in the Performing Arts is a hybrid conference that provides a convening ground for educators, administrators, and artists to collectively imagine creative approaches to current issues of access in the arts. With a focus on fostering inclusivity, enhancing accessibility, and embracing novel practices for impact, the conference aims to propel the performing arts into a new era of strength through equitable innovation.
The conference was presented by Lincoln Center and The Juilliard School in collaboration with School of American Ballet, New York City Ballet, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Lincoln Center Theater, New York Philharmonic, The Metropolitan Opera, and The New York Public Library for the Performing Arts.
