Evolving Leadership: Nature-Inspired Strategies for Personal Growth

This session invited participants to revolutionize traditional hierarchy structures by drawing inspiration from nature's wisdom. Through the lens of biomimicry, we explored how to create inclusive and empowered environments where every voice is valued.

Attendees discovered the power of feedback processes and liberated decision-making techniques to foster collective liberation and wellness, and engaged in healing arts, reflective writing, meditation, and visualization exercises.

Presented at the National Guild for Community Arts Education's 2024 conference, themed "Seeding Fractals: Cultivating Connections, Multiplying Impact". Track: Transformation of the Self.
