R(Evolutionary) Organizational Structures

The Association for Conflict Resolution of Greater New York held its 22nd Annual Conference, "The Speed of Need", exploring the role speed plays in individual practices and across the field of conflict resolution.

LiberArte presented a session of its signature course R(evolutionary) Organizational Structures, aimed at people looking to create a more liberated structure for their community group as an alternative to traditional structures that leave some members feeling unheard and undervalued.

The session explored biomimicry and nature as our teacher, welcoming feedback processes, and liberated decision-making strategies that prioritize collective liberation.
