Live cohort · Accelerator Course

Your vision is big. Your plan should match.

A live cohort where you build your own strategic plan — mission, vision and values, SWOT, structure, a three-year budget and measures of success — through weekly group calls with Yura Sapi and one-to-one feedback on your draft.

You've outgrown the seat-of-your-pants plan.

You know where you want to go. What's missing is the plan you can hand a funder, a board, or yourself on a hard day.

  • The plan lives in your head and changes every week
  • Funders and boards keep asking for a strategic plan you don't have
  • You start a plan and it stalls at the budget
  • You've read the templates but nothing feels like yours
  • You make big decisions with no way to measure whether they worked
  • Everyone on the team is pulling toward a slightly different vision

8 chapters · 23 lessons

A cohort, not a course you watch alone.

The whole group moves through the material together, so the plan gets built instead of postponed.

Weekly live group video calls

Meet with Yura and the rest of the cohort each week to work through the chapter, ask questions, and hear what other leaders are wrestling with.

Lessons between the calls

Each chapter comes with short video lessons and an assignment. You watch, you do the work, you bring it to the next call.

One-to-one feedback on your draft

Yura reads your draft strategic plan and tells you what to sharpen before anyone else does.

Cohort-only bonus sessions

Live workshops that aren't in the recorded library, timed to the moment in the cohort when they help most.

Every answer you save gathers in one living workbook, organized by chapter, that you can keep updating and download as a PDF at any point.

This cohort is for you if

You lead something real

An arts organization, a collective, a project, or your own practice that is ready to be structured on purpose.

You have the mission, not the plan

You can talk about the work for hours, but there's no document a funder or board can read.

You want your draft read by a person

You're not looking for another template — you want to know what to fix.

You can show up weekly

The cohort moves together, so the calls are where the plan gets built.

Tuition

Choose the rate that fits

Pick the number that fits your budget. Every tier gets the same cohort — the same calls, the same one-to-one feedback, the same workbook.

Community rate

$750

or $250 a month × 3

For artists and small collectives working with a tight budget. Choose this one and no explanation is needed.

Standard rate

$1,200

or $400 a month × 3

The true cost of the seat: eight weeks of calls, your draft read one-to-one, and the full lesson library.

Sustainer rate

$1,800

or $600 a month × 3

Covers your seat and funds a community seat for someone who couldn't otherwise join this cohort.

Pay in three

Any tier can be split into three monthly payments — $250, $400, or $600 a month. The first payment holds your seat; the last one lands before the final call.

None of the three tiers work for you?
