Carlota Vargas (she/her) is a distinguished corporate leader, with three decades of service in the finance industry.  She is currently a corporate financial planning and analysis manager at Marsh Inc., a global leader in insurance solutions. Her leadership has contributed to the company's success and established her as a respected figure in the industry.

Born in Ecuador, she has remained proud of her immigrant roots.  She gives back to her community as a board member of LiberArte, a non-profit organization that empowers artists of the global majority to end injustice.  She is also an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community, immigrant rights and family values.

She’s a graduate of the City University of New York, Baruch College and is a multilingualist who speaks fluently English and Spanish feeling equally at home in the U.S., Ecuador and Colombia.
