As the Founder and CEO of BridgePeople, Itzbeth brings her wealth of experience in strategic planning, multicultural team building, and organizational transformation to support LiberArte in advancing its mission of collective healing and empowerment.

A Strategic Leader with a Purpose
Itzbeth began her career as a supervising consultant, leading risk management initiatives for global corporations and financial institutions for over a decade. Her deep commitment to addressing systemic inequities led her to global public service, where she cultivated partnerships across the Global South to promote justice and shared prosperity.

In 2019, Itzbeth launched BridgePeople, a consultancy focused on transforming organizational cultures to align with equity-driven values and amplify their impact. Her expertise in strategic planning and systems transformation enables her to guide organizations like LiberArte in realizing their vision for a liberated, just future.

As an Afro-Indigenous Black woman from Central America, Itzbeth draws on her rich cultural heritage and ancestral wisdom to inform her approach. She is deeply committed to reclaiming cultural narratives, unlearning harmful systems, and fostering practices rooted in love, connection, and shared humanity.
