Kadijah Spence (they/them) is an educator who celebrates culture, spirituality, biology and nature in the classroom and in the outdoors. 

Their passions are writing poetry, learning about different cultures and customs, reading and color. 

In the classroom, Kadijah utilizes their passions to create an environment of affirmation, exploration, imagination and creation. 

Kadijah has experienced burnout and exhaustion and uses self love and self care practices on a daily basis to refill and recharge their emotional energy and physical capacity. As part of those practices they daydream by the water and envision the world they are advocating for.
