Join us for the Ocean Festival this September 1, 2024 at the NYC Parks Far Rockaways Amphitheater for a vibrant celebration of Afro-Diasporic music and culture! Experience the captivating rhythms of Tambacum and other talented groups as they take the stage on their 2024 U.S. tour.

Dive deeper into African descendant art and culture through thought-provoking panel discussions and engage in a special music workshop tailored for Black and Brown youth led by experienced musicians.

Co-produced with LiberArte, Laru Beya Collective and Casa Finca NYC.

Don't miss this immersive experience of joy, empowerment, and cultural exchange. Let's come together to celebrate diversity and unity through the universal language of music and art!

This project is supported by funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, Statewide Community Regrants Program (formerly the Decentralization program) with the support of Governor Kathy Hochul and the New York State Legislature, and administered by Flushing Town Hall.

This engagement of Tambacum is made possible in part through the ArtsCONNECT program of Mid Atlantic Arts with support from the National Endowment for the Arts.

Tambacum’s tour is supported by the Municipal Administration of Nuquí, which is 100% committed to the culture of our Nuquí. Website | Instagram | Facebook
