Nuquí, Chocó, Colombia — Jan 12, 2026 — Festival del Tamborito, one of the most vibrant celebrations of Afro-Colombian cultural heritage on Colombia’s Pacific coast, returned in 2026. Co-produced with LiberArte, the festival is rooted in the traditions of the communities of Nuquí, the festival honors generations of music, dance, storytelling, and ancestral knowledge while bringing together artists, families, and visitors from across the region.
