Live music, dance, film, and community programming take over Gleane Street in Elmhurst, Queens on July 5 and July 12, 2026

QUEENS, NY — LiberArte, in partnership with Terraza 7 and Acoustic Memories, announces "The Street Is Ours," a DOT Open Streets x Terraza 7 and Acoustic Memories celebration taking place on Gleane Street in Elmhurst, Queens on Sunday, July 5, and Sunday, July 12, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Admission is free and open to the public.

The event marks 25 years of Terraza 7, one of New York City's most vital cultural spaces, and returns to the very block where the venue's story began. The celebration honors the generations of immigrants who have built New York City through their labor, culture, and art — voices that, organizers say, grow louder every year.
