Happy July - taking a moment of gratitude to those that always show up for the collective healing of our nervous system so we can embody a world of joy, care and reciprocity. When we shine brighter and ground our selves in authenticity, compassion and togetherness we give permission to others to do the same. June was bright yet dark. Holding all of the sides of this existence with love as we uplift the importance of community care, relational work and collective healing. Thanks to all the collaborative work that makes the free wellness lounge possible in so many spaces. We shared healing modalities and remedies to over 60 people on Juneteenth celebration. Now we leave with questions of sustainability and longevity in a way that feels healthy for all people involved.
